Yang Martial Arts is fun and easy to learn and has something to offer everyone. In each class you will practice a variety of easy to learn techniques and movements to help you relax your body, while developing whole body core based strength. Regular repetition of these movements will improve natural breathing, stimulate circulation and digestion, whilst assisting the body’s restorative capacities naturally.
Yang Marital Art teachers the student many simple and effective self defense techniques but more importantly how to remain calm and relaxated in heated and over fueled situation. All classes are taught in the traditional way handed down for generations with a focus on personal growth.
Classes require no specialised equipment; just loose comfortable clothing, flat soled shoes, Yang Martial arts promotes a positive friendly learning environment.

Miciah Guglielmi Teacher
Miciah’s class you will practice and learn a variety of practical techniques that help strengthen the body and mind. Miciah offers his students a deeper development of martial skill and increased mind-body development based on mindful attunement to biomechanics whilst using natural core movements in a self-defence manner. His style is building body strength, through core use that you cannot achieve through other types of sports training.
