Tai Chi is fun and easy to learn, and has something to offer everyone. It requires no specialised equipment, just loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. It can be practised anywhere.
In each class, you will learn and practise a variety of easy, effective techniques and movements to help you relax your body and mind.
Regular repetition of these movements will stimulate circulation and digestion, whilst assisting the body’s restorative capacities to function naturally. Tai Chi also improves natural breathing with a focus on core strength and function or moving from our centre.
Our School offers a unique Tai chi experience, taught in the traditional way that has been handed down for generations, offering individually tailored classes in a small group setting to enhance the learning experience.
