Shi Ba Shi Medical Qi Gong Workshop.

In this 3-hour workshop you will get the opportunity to:

Learn the wonders of Qi Gong and internal energy.
Improve your balance and co-ordination.
Learn how to deepen relaxation and mindfulness.
Improve your immune system, reduce pain and gain control of your health.
Learn how to improve breathing and connect the breath to your movements.
Practice alongside experienced trainers.

This is a fantastic workshop designed to assist the student in developing simple effective exercises and skills that can positively change your life. Participation in this course also allows the student to be able to attend other weekly classes in our program.

We will share an afternoon tea so please bring a plate to enjoy. Tea, coffee and other light refreshments will be available.

Tai Chi Fast Track Workshop

Saturday 28th March 2026

From 2pm to 5pm

Hosted by the school’s principal teacher Damon Bramich Yang Family Lineage holder and world expert on Tai Chi.

Start your traditional Tai Chi Journey or move on to the next section of the form. Advanced students will work on building a deeper understanding of the art of Tai Chi, with focus on flow, Jin Li Dian connection and how to develop Silk Reeling (Chan Si Jin). Cost is $40 or $30 if you are a member of the Australian Tai Chi Association (details on the website). We will do an afternoon tea on the day so if you can bring a plate to share that would be fantastic and we will supply hot and cold drinks.

This is a fantastic workshop designed to assist the student in progressing into learning the traditional art of Tai Chi. Participation in this course also allows the student to be able to attend other weekly classes in our program.

Tai Chi Tui Shou the essence of Push Hands and Partner work.

Hosted by the school’s principal teacher Damon Bramich Yang Family Lineage holder and world expert on Tai Chi.

This workshop is available to all students regardless of style or level. We will be covering authentic Tai Chi Push Hands and Ting Jin partner work with Tai Chi weapons Sword, Sabre or Spear. For those who know their Tai Chi weapons.

Discover how softness overcomes hardness, how structural alignment gives strength without effort. Learn and improve energy connection and techniques to invigorate mind and body and how to connect and sense another person's energy. These classes are always extremely fun and filled with loads of laughter, so book early as numbers are limited.

Cost $40 for members or $60 for non-members numbers limited to 14

Light afternoon Tea will be provided.

Please let us know if you require a Sword or Sabre for partner work so we can arrange for the workshop.

Tai Chi Sabre Workshop

Sunday 16th May 2026

From 2pm to 5pm

Hosted by the school’s principal teacher Damon Bramich Yang Family Lineage holder and world expert on Tai Chi.

This workshop is available to all student's beginners to advance. The course will cover the Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi 13 Sabre Form. The Tai Chi Sabre 13 Form is unique to the Yang Family with many moves matching directly to moves that are in the traditional 85 Form. This is a beautiful traditional form that will help the participant build better harmony, connection, internal energy coordination, understanding of martial applications and core stability.

Numbers are strictly limited to 20 students so ensure you book early. Light refreshments for morning Tea will be provided. If you don't have a Sword or Sabre, please email our office, so we can organise one for you on the day. We also have several Sabres in stock so if you wish to purchase one let us know prior to the class or you can purchase directly on this website.

This will be a fun afternoon with group learning of the first section of the Traditional Tai Chi Form for beginners. While intermediate and advanced students will have the opportunity to work on other form sections. During the workshop, we will enjoy a refreshing afternoon tea. The school will provide cold drinks, teas and coffee please bring a plate to share.
