Shi Ba Shi Medical Qi Gong

Shi Ba Shi Qi Gong is a form of Tai Chi Qigong that consists of 18 gentle, flowing movements designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
It combines elements of Tai Chi and Qigong, emphasizing breathing techniques, mindfulness, and smooth movements to enhance energy flow (Qi) in the body. This practice is widely used for stress relief, improving circulation, and boosting flexibility, making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
Cost is $41 for member or $61 for non-members.
We will do an afternoon tea on the day so if you can bring a plate to share that would be fantastic and we will supply hot and cold drinks.

Tai Chi Fan
September 20th Saturday 2pm to 5pm
Tai Chi Fan is a graceful and artistic variation of Tai Chi that incorporates a folding fan into the movements.
It blends techniques, fluid motions, and traditional Chinese aesthetics, making it both a self-defense practice and a performance art. The fan is used to enhance coordination, balance and flexibility, while also adding an element of expression and elegance to Tai Chi routines.
Practitioners learn to open, close and twirl the fan in sync with their body movements, creating a visually stunning display.
Cost is $41memebers or $61 non-members. We will do an afternoon tea on the day so if you can bring a plate to share that would be fantastic, and we will supply hot and cold drinks.
