In this 3-hour workshop you will get the opportunity to: 

• Learn the wonders of Qi Gong and internal energy.
• Improve your balance and co-ordination.
• Learn how to deepen relaxation and mindfulness.
• Improve your immune system, reduce pain and gain control of your health.
• Learn how to improve breathing and connect the breath to your movements. 
• Practice alongside experienced trainers.

This is a fantastic workshop designed to assist the student in developing simple effective exercises and skills that can positively change your life. Participation in this course also allows the student to be able to attend other weekly classes in our program.

We will share an afternoon tea so please bring a plate to enjoy. Tea, coffee and other light refreshments will be available.
