Tai Chi Fast Track Workshop

From 2pm to 5pm

Venue: Pioneer Hall Wallsend 54 Cowper St Wallsend. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for beginners to start learning the Tai Chi long form or move on to the next section in the form.  Advanced students will work on building a deeper understanding of the art of Tai Chi, with focus on flow, internal energy and wrist Jin Li Dian connection.

We will do an afternoon tea on the day so if you can bring a plate to share and we will supply hot and cold drinks.

$40 for Newcastle Tai Chi members $60 for non-members
