The voucher entitles the holder to a one-month introductory beginners' course in traditional Tai Chi.

Voucher will be emailed upon payment.

In each class you will practise and learn a variety of easy practical techniques that help relax the body and mind. These movements stimulate circulation and digestion while assisting the natural restorative functions of the body. They will also improve natural breathing and focus on core strength and function (moving from your centre).

Newcastle Tai Chi offers a unique Tai Chi experience taught in the traditional way that has been handed down for generations.

The school offers individually tailored classes in a small group setting to enhance this experience. 

The course can be done as an introductory course or as an ongoing Tai Chi exercise program.

If you miss a class, you can catch up at another venue.

Tai Chi or (Taiji Chuan) is known throughout the world for its amazing health benefits, as a gentle moving meditation and a unique martial art that uses softness to overcome hardness. Tai Chi is fun and easy to learn and has something to offer everyone. It requires no specialised equipment, just loose comfortable clothing and it can be practised anywhere.
